We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location and the size of the furniture or decor items ordered.
Do you offer international delivery?
Currently, CraveHome ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery network to more countries in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We want you to love your home. If you are not satisfied, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
How can I track my furniture delivery?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. For large furniture pieces, the freight company will call you to schedule a delivery window.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all CraveHome furniture comes with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
